By using any HostGridPro service you agree to these Terms and all applicable South African laws. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
HostGridPro provides web hosting, domain registration, email hosting, reseller hosting, web design and managed services. We reserve the right to modify any service with reasonable notice.
You agree not to use our services to host illegal content, spam, malware or any content violating our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund.
All fees are billed in South African Rand (ZAR). Domain registrations are non-refundable once processed with the registry. Pricing may change with 30 days notice.
New hosting accounts qualify for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Domain registrations, SSL certificates and setup fees are excluded. Applies once per customer.
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for shared hosting, excluding scheduled maintenance. Downtime from factors outside our control does not count against this commitment.
Daily off-site backups are performed as a courtesy. You remain solely responsible for maintaining your own backups. HostGridPro is not liable for data loss.
HostGridPro's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by South African law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 apply where relevant.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Active clients will receive 14 days notice of material changes.
